Proposer \u00e0 ses adh\u00e9rents un capital d\u00e9c\u00e8s exon\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019imp\u00f4t, de droits de succession<\/strong>\u00a0(selon la loi de Finances en vigueur) ou une\u00a0<strong>PTIA<\/strong>\u00a0(Perte totale et irr\u00e9versible d&rsquo;autonomie).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. G\u00e9rer un fonds social<\/strong><b>\u00a0<\/b>: Ce fonds a pour vocation d\u2019aider les adh\u00e9rents confront\u00e9s aux al\u00e9as de la vie ou victimes de catastrophes naturelles. Une aide financi\u00e8re est attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rent int\u00e9ress\u00e9, apr\u00e8s examen du dossier par la Commission \u00ab\u00a0Fonds social\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">LE CONTRAT<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vie enti\u00e8re par tacite reconduction, sous r\u00e9serve du paiement de la cotisation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">LE CAPITAL-DECES<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vers\u00e9 48 h ouvr\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ception des pi\u00e8ces justificatives.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019OFFRE 2025 en 10 points : mise en \u0153uvre de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie<\/strong>.<br \/>\n1. Pas d&rsquo;examen m\u00e9dical, (<em>un simple questionnaire de sant\u00e9 pour les adh\u00e9rents \u00e2g\u00e9s de plus de 71 ans<\/em>)<br \/>\n2. Pas de frais de dossier, pas de droits d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e<br \/>\n3. Libert\u00e9 de choix du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire (<em>personne physique ou personne morale<\/em>)<br \/>\n4. Libert\u00e9 de choix du capital (<em>10 niveaux<\/em>)<br \/>\n5. Cotisation constante quel que soit l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, protection vie enti\u00e8re<br \/>\n6. Doublement ou triplement du capital en cas d&rsquo;accident<br \/>\n7. Capital exon\u00e9r\u00e9 de droits de succession (<em>dans les limites de la l\u00e9gislation<\/em>)<br \/>\n8. Capital vers\u00e9 sous 48h (<em>apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ception des justificatifs n\u00e9cessaires<\/em>)<br \/>\n9. Fonds social de solidarit\u00e9 AMV<br \/>\n10. Accompagnement personnalis\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une proposition de contrat Epargne-Obs\u00e8ques sera propos\u00e9 prochainement (produit CNP) aux adh\u00e9rents \u00e2g\u00e9s de moins de 80
